This Week I am Grateful for... The Gym!
This week, I am grateful for… The Gym! No, I am not really thinking THIN THIN THIN THIN THIN when I am on the treadmill, but it was a pretty funny picture of Usagi! Last week was kind of a disater, I had my absolute worse incounter in retail, my hours have been dropped, and I’ve been feeling quite lousy. But one of the highlights this week is finally joining the Virgin Active...

Polly Dolly: Not Your Average Assassin!
I really like this weeks challenge! Dressing your Polly Dolly as an Assassin! Now, your usual assassin would be dressed in black, be all menacing and sexy and motorcycling riding~ but not my Polly! She would be cute! Would blend into the crowd, but would still be alluring to her enemies <3 Armed with a gun, a satchel full of gadgets, and a poison ring. She’d get the job done! And...

My Goals for Tomorrow.
My goals for tomorrow: Eat my packed lunch of chicken and vegetable blackbean stirfry. Go to my dream gym at lunchtime and ask about joining fee’s. Buy a fruit salad to eat on the train on the way home. Drink nothing but fresh water. Talk to my love, and read all the way home. Brush my teeth before I go to bed. Time to kick myself into gear! A post will follow tomorrow. Goodnight all!

The Best Day of My Life
I have recently joined BlogThis!, which is a great Australian bloggers website to help people connect! They also have some great challenges, so this is me doing my very first. So. The best day of my life. Honestly, only one day comes to mind. As corney as it sounds, it was the day that my darling boy James finally got together, and the day he told me he loved me. It was nine months ago now. It...

Simple Now and Dreams for Lori
In the blogging community, people tend to be very close. Since I am so new to the game, I do not know much about Lori, but recently, she was struck by a terrible tragedy. Her husband was taken to the Intensive Care Unit, and after 100 hours of struggling, he passed away, leaving his young family.
When I heard about this, I could not bear to think about it. But just imagine, that all...

Disasters Bring Forth the Best and Worsts
On Sunday the 9th of January, David Jones donated all their proceeds of the day to the Queensland Flood Appeal. We were all told to do our best to inform customers of this fact, and to give a little push in gathering donations for the poor victims of this disaster. It is a very good cause, so I jumped into it. My uncle is currently up in Queensland near all these floods, and many of my online...

20 Little Things.
I have always wanted to do one of these lists. I read other lists from different people and are amazed of all the little things that you can learn about a person. So I thought, hey, why not, lets do a little list! Perhaps I can discover some more things about myself that I’ve forgotten.
1. My name is Brittonie. It is pronounced Britt-Ah-Knee. Not Britt-Tone-Knee. 2. I can not believe I...

Polly Dolly: Laze Around, Skip the Swimming!
If you don’t know it already, due to the up and down temperatures and crazy rain-hail-sun-cloud-rain type of weather we have had in Australia, its SUMMER! (apparently) Its been short sleeves one minute, to freezing the next. But, in a perfect life, it would be a nice balmy 27 degrees, and I would be out relaxing in on the beach in the sun! … Under a beach umbrella… on a deck...

Writing, the Love hits you like a Wave.
This is me, bearing my soul completely. It is a bit long, but I would love some feedback, but if it seems too deep for your taste, then that is okay. But since many of you are writers, then I hope you understand what I am currently going through. This post is littered with excerpts from my most beloved story, which you will find out about if you read on, please be kind. I’ve had this strange...

Nightmares and Dreamcatchers
When I was a little girl, I used to have nightmares, terrible nightmares, so much I used to have quite the trouble sleeping. Then my mother bought me a dream catcher. It worked like a charm. I never had a real bad dream since. I wish I had my old catcher now. I’m not sure where it went, it must have been lost in the moving but all I know is that I really wish I had it. My bad dreams have...

TwentyEleven
As many of you who know me would know, I was very very glad to see twentyten pass. It was a blur, honestly, of hospitals, doctors, sickness, sadness, anger and unemployment. But this is twentyeleven! We are living in the future! And my future shall be bright. I have no resolutions, no dot points that I only hope to achieve. They shall not be things that will be thrown away only in a promise to...
